Baked Perfection: Cinnamon Sugar Pecans..I started making these when i was 12 years old ..every Christmas and packaged them up and gave as gifts..super yummy and easy

Freezer crockpot meals. I love this woman's plan. These are all healthy meals from what I had a chance to look over. No cans of soup or cream cheese, etc... The price per meal she works out is under $4 and she prepares meals for up to 10 weeks. Pretty amazing, want to give these a try.

got to give this a try..... High in protein and healthy fats. SO good for you! And delicious. Ingredients: Whole avocado Eggs Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice) Cheese (optional) Remove the pit from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the pit's crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like.

Simple. - UPDATE: Made this last night. I used angel hair pasta and doubled the recipe. The red pepper had quite a kick! Great flavor, but maybe a little less red pepper next time. Even better with the addition of parmesan cheese.
