Saltine Heath Bar - no kidding! Layer saltines on the bottom of a cookie sheet. Boil 1 c. butter and 1 c. brown sugar and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand until chocolate begins to melt and spread evenly. Chill, break apart, eat!
