The evolution of 3 American 'Pony' muscle cars
Speedtech's 1978 Bandit Trans Am features a 700HP big block and Forgeline TA3 wheels, 19x9 in the front and 19x12 in the rear. Those big rear wheels allow massive 345/30R19 tires to provide some much needed traction! See more at: www.forgeline.com...
A beefy Buick, the Stage 1 ‘GSX’ performance package boasted 360 bhp though testers said it came in at closer to 400 for the bigger valved, better headed and hotter camshafted car. This supercar did the quarter mile in 13.38 seconds and came in only two colors – Apollo White or Saturn Yellow.

1966 Pontiac LeMans...wayyy fast!! And wayyyy more fancy than my 3rd car. I purchased a 4-door version of this car with the insurance money I received from the wrecked 1967 Cutlass. Unfortunately, it was a dog...a beautiful car that had spent most of its life in the repair shop. Dates owned: November 1978-March 1979.

I guess I shouldn't have said anything about preferring the Cutlass Supreme. I had a bad dream about this '71 Chevelle SS last night. It took off, on its own, smashing hundreds of parked cars out on a main road near my house (though, it looked nothing like the actual road near my house). I apologize to the car and all its other fans.
