Crock Pot Chicken Terriyaki: 1lb chicken (sliced, cubed or however), 1c chicken broth, 1/2c terriyaki or soy sauce, 1/3c brown sugar, 3minced garlic cloves

Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,1 avocado,1/4 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 a lime, 2 Tbsp cilantro,salt and pepper, to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.

Berries and Cream: frozen mixed berries, a tub of Cool Whip, a container of yogurt, and cheesecake pudding mix. Mix together and chill before serving… this stuff is so freakin yummy it should be illegal

Yummy and you can have a whole one with a 2pt whole grain tortilla on WW

chick-fil-a sauce: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tbsp. mustard, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. honey, salt, and pepper.

Good snack or side to any meal. Cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chile powder on top! Addictive!

Baltimore Style Hot Cream Cheese Crab Dip: 8 oz white crab meat, drained; 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1/2 c mayo; 1 T Dijon mustard; 1 T Worcestershire sauce; 1 t seafood seasoning; 1/2 t dry mustard; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1/2 sm white onion, minced; 1 1/2 T lemon juice. In large bowl, stir to combine all ingredients except crab meat. Gently fold in crab meat. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 12-15 min or 'til lightly brown. Top w/crushed butter crackers & parmesan last 5 min.
