Shadow boxes used to create a "scrap box" to display all my travel keepsakes. I always keep boarding passes, train tickets, receipts, brochures etc so this would be a great way to display them rather than the storage box in the top of the cupboard.
Take plastic bins from the dollar store and upgrade them using metallic spray paint to give them a "tin" finish!
This has given me a great Idea. Put a family picture or any picture you love and add hooks for the keys on to the frame. So easy to do!
Mix water with Elmer's glue and brush the inside of the mason jars. Add glitter of your choice to the inside of the jars, and roll/spin the jar around until the glitter coats the sides. Let dry and add a tea light!
