If you take the time to moisturize your heels and cover them at night several times a week you will be amazed at how soft your heels will stay despite the flip flop (yay!) wearing season.
Homemade Foot Soak In a large container add 1c Sea Salt 1c Epson Salt 2c Baking Soda Mix all the ingredients together and store in airtight container. When ready to use 1/4c mixed into foot bath, soak for 30 min, This detox should be done daily for a week. Then 2x a week for the next 30 days. Then once a week to maintain!
Ladies, this is the best foot softening, detoxifying foot soak ever!! Fill a large bowl with warm water and add 1 cup apple cider vinegar with 1 cup Epsom salt. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, rinse and lightly scrub with pumice stone. Then say hello to gorgeous feet :)
Amazing: Grind a handful of rice until u get a fine but coarse flour. Add a few spoons of raw honey to the mixture along with enough apple cider vinegar to obtain a thick paste. If the cracks are very deep, add a spoon of olive oil. Soak feet for 20 minutes & gently massage with this paste. Might need this for later in life...
Takes the dead skin right off. All you need is shaving cream and Listerine. Great to know for flip-flop season, awesome for cracked heels in winter... hmmmmm
