healthy cheesecake- Made this crustless the other night. It's pretty good for a healthy 55 cal/slice dessert. Mine didn't come out with the creamy looking texture like in the picture (more tofu-y texture) Next time I would use a better liquid sweetener than the maple syrup I had. I would use some good honey.

Salmon Cakes with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette -- If you like salmon patties, these are really good! Well seasoned and easy to make. Full disclosure, I used what I had in some places. Canned salmon, Italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of panko, and only red wine vinegar in the dressing. Still great! Don't skip the vinaigrette; it really works well with the salmon.
