combine 3 diced chicken breasts, 1 cup of milk, 1 8oz brick of cream cheese, 2 packets of zesty italian seasoning/dressing, & 2 cans of cream of chicken soup in a crock pot on high for 2+ hours (till chicken is cooked). serve over white rice or pasta with garlic bread. so yummy!!!
Salad: Update: I've been eating salads for the past 8 weeks now and I have lost 12 pounds from eating healthy and cutting out sugar. I never thought I could do it but I am feeling really good about this diet. Insanity will have to wait after I have shed 32 more pounds. JC

Pork Tenderloin - so good! The pan sauce is what it is all about. Dip your bread in it!!! (marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, dry mustard, pepper and garlic) DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
