White Velvet Cake - so simple, moist and delicious, this close cousin to the red velvet cake is not only a great dessert cake all on it's own but a great base to use to invent other cakes like adding a lemon curd filling or add coconut to the marshmallow frosting. Also a great cake to use for your favorite trifle recipes too.

Shut up!! IT'S 0 POINTS PLUS!! Genius! 1-2-3 Cake. You need 2 boxes of cake mix. 1 can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Ice Cream in a Bag This is SOOO easy… and delicious! In a small Ziplock bag, put: 1/2 C. half and half (milk works too) 1 Tbps. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Insert that bag into a larger, one gallon Ziplock filled with ice and salt. Shake the bag for five minutes. Kids love that part! Then, remove the smaller bag which should have turned into ice cream. I did this in elem school and have been looking every where for it!

Candy Stuffed Croissants-- totally addicting. Right out of the oven with a powdered sugar glaze they taste like a snickers stuffed Hot-n-Now from Krispy Kreme. MAKE THEM!
