Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie - Nancy has made this a few times for me now and it's getting to where when I'm down to the last couple of pieces I'm asking her to make sure we have the ingredients for another one on hand. Great Diabetic dessert, especially when you use "Lite" yogurt in addition to the "Lite" and fat free cool whip...but be mindful of the carbs.

California Summer Salad...Ingredients: 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp lime juice 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 1/2 cups corn kernels (5 ears or frozen) 1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved, 1/2 cup red onion, 1/15 oz can black beans Pair with grilled chicken, beef, or even fish. If you have leftovers don't let them go to waste. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or roll up in a tortilla or add some greens Enjoy!

Melt A Stick Of Butter In The Pan. Slice One Lemon And Layer It On Top Of The Butter. Put Down Fresh Shrimp, Then Sprinkle One Pack Of Dried Italian Seasoning. Put In The Oven And Bake At 350 For 15 Min. Best Shrimp You Will Ever Taste:)

Gotta try this! I love shrimp!!! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)
