Used 1/2 spelt, 1/4 white rice flour, 1/4 tapioca flour, vanilla sugar (sugar that has vanilla bean "soaking" in it), 1 T coconut oil (butter replacement), 1/3 rice milk for the milk. Greased the 8x8 pan. Baked at 350F for about 25 minutes.
