I love beverages. I think I'd like to start making my own recipes for tasty beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. I want to put my professional barrista, bartender and amateur cook skills to the test and experiment with home made bitters, liqueurs, sodas, cold brewed coffees etc. My grandpa used to make carambola wine. I like his example, although his wine was enough to knock your socks off.
