Vanilla & Coconut Chia Pudding! Serves: 2-3 Ingredients (use organic where possible): - 1/2 cup chia seeds - 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (we love coconut milk) - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla - 1/4 cup frozen berries - 2 tbsp shredded coconut Method: Mix chia seeds, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Once thickened, serve top with raspberries and shredded coconut!
Strawberry-Lemon Detox Drink. 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries, 1/4 of a lemon or 2 tbsp of lemon juice if you don’t have a lemon, 1/2 cup cold water, 5 ice cubes, 1 tbsp of Honey or any other liquid sweetener. Blend all ingredients together and then drink!
