Because if you don't stretch out after a work out your muscles will be so sore the next day that you can't get out of bed and also stretches helps you avoid any injuries that you can get from weight lifting or cardio.
Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.
