Lizzie's Coconut Custard Pie - so easy, and so DELISH!
I make these every year for Christmas breakfast and they are fabulous! "Crack Sticks aka Cinnamon Cream Cheese Roll-Ups: Oh My Goodness! These are so easy and OH MY YUMMY GOOD...just white bread, crusts removed & flattened, spread w sweetened cream cheese, rolled jelly roll style, then dipped in cinnamon sugar & baked until crispy crunchy & cream cheese is hot & oozing. Delicious finger food for a brunch or shower."
I love this! About to enter a pie in the fair, I'm totally using this braided technique for the edges :3

5 star dessert: Only change I made was I baked it in a 9 in round (which meant I had enough filling for 2 pies lol) This is by far one of the best crust recipes that I have ever made and the pear filling is just delicious.
