3-day military diet. apparently you can lose up to ten lbs. in 3 days, with this special diet. Take a four day break and do it again until you've achieved your goal... Pinner checked it w/ her medic hubs & he said it's good to try.

Thigh Thinner- (This is killerly awesome!) Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes out, holding 10-15 pound kettlebell at chest. Lift left heel off floor, then squat (as shown). Return to start. Switch sides; repeat. Continue, alternating sides, for 1 minute.

Yoga for the Splits Print this out and practice these poses everyday to gain flexibility for the splits. Start by holding each pose for 30 seconds on each side. Work your way up to 1-3 minutes as your muscles start to open up. When you’re ready to try the splits use a block or pillow under your front leg for support until you feel ready to go without.

Easy exercises to get rid of a muffin top... I do the standing ones whenever I am waiting in a changing room or am on break at work, at home, anywhere no one can see me lol They actually work :)

One Exercise to End "Lower Belly Pooch"-interesting. Learned something new today...going to do this each & everyday...my hips actually feel so much better after just one set :)

Another pinner wrote, "Drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss." The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 cup of chunk pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 cup of filtered water. Blend well and enjoy!
