This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
Zucchini Noodles these are made with a potato peeler and zucchini when you get down to the seeds toss it in the trash. Saute them in butter with your own seasonings and garlic and shallots. You won't believe how good these are.

Spike Seasoning, salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Spray an 8 1/2 inch by 12 inch glass or crockery casserole dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
