Pour blueberries into a bowl, preferably square and place in the top left corner of a rectangle (or oval) platter. 5. Assemble watermelon and feta into rows, starting with the watermelon. Squash Chips Cooking Spray 2 Medium Zucchini 1T olive oil .25c Parmesan 1.25c bread crumbs 1/8 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper Coat a baking sheet w/cooking spray. Slice zucchini into .25" thick rounds. In a med bowl, toss zucchini w/oil. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, & pepper. Dip each round into Parmesan mixture, coating it evenly on both sides, pressing the coating on stick, place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 mins @dameon c.
