Organization leads to success! Let's do this together with my Data and Curriculum Binder. 121 pages of total organization. It comes with a COMPLETE checklist of Math and ELA Common Core Standards, printable graphs, and form after form of individual and group data collection! Come check out my preview on TpT for a closer look. :) $

Keep a copy of when students master the standards, check it off so you can easily see who has mastered the standards. -- I can make my own, but this is good inspiration. Keep a checklist with student names for the entire class, and use marzano scales for the individual students.
