Jalapeno Popper Dip 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained 4 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained 1/2 cup shredded Mexican style cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup Panko bread crumbs 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
For Taco Tuesday...Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos...dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stire and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
