10/6/13 - These cookies turned out to be absolutely delicious & really do melt in your mouth! I added about 2 cups more of powered sugar to make the frosting more stiff. Adding a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the frosting really helps to bring out the flavors of the cookie.
