Bacon, Egg and Toast Cups. I used hamburger buns & toasted them a little first (in the muffin tin). Then I layered in chopped up bacon (already cooked) and a little less than 1 scrambled egg (already mostly cooked) and plenty of cheese. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and cook for about 5 more minutes! :) No fork necessary!
