Lemon Ricotta Pasta with Spinach and Red Peppers
Baked Brie & Sun Dried Tomato Dip - Ingredients: - 2 (8 oz) packages Brie cheese - 2 tsp fresh garlic, minced - 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, stripped from strips - 1 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained well & chopped - 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper - French bread crostini or crackers
3 lbs. strawberries + 1 3/4 cups apple juice + 1 1/2 pkg pectin = no sugar freezer jam (mash berries in a bowl. boil juice & pectin for 1 min then pour onto berries. stir hard for 1 min. pour into containers and cool in fridge overnight then freeze for up to 1 year).
