Crockpot Pork Chops-These we're super yummy! In fact Mike startled me at dinner after he took a bite and exclaimed"this is so good!" a little louder than i was expecting him to. So easy and I will definitely make again. I used a little more butter than the recipe calls for and I added in some garlic herb seasoning.
I learned this recipe (Marcella Hazan’s) Tomato Sauce with Onion and Butter at Cure Organic Farms tomato canning class. It's been my go to. We learned to use a food mill on the tomatoes. You can leave the peels on if you do that. It's delish and is also the basis for my tomato soup :)
