(Crockpot) Cheese Tortellini and Sausage. I used 1 pkg of frozen spinach & ground sweet sausage. Other than browning the sausage and cubing the cream cheese, just threw it all in. Put the cream cheese in first, then tortallini, mushrooms and spinach, then added the tomatoes, broth & sausage. YUM!!
Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken - 4 lemons, 2-3 heads of garlic, 1 whole chicken 4-5 lbs, Fresh rosemary, or any fresh herbs, All-purpose steak seasoning or salt and pepper
Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta.
