Kimberly's Glowing Green Smoothie Recipe - great way to start the day
1/4 cup quick oats 1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories) small handful of blueberries little bit of brown sugar/stevia (optional) tbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!) Mix it all up into a coffee mug! Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it doesn’t overflow! Add an extra 30 sec if it needs to firm up.

Almonds, cooked oatmeal, bananas and yogurt meet up in your blender for a power breakfast.
"Red Berry Celery Smoothie 4-5 stalks celery, chopped 1-2 bananas, chopped 1 red delicious apple, chopped 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup water In a blender, preferably a powerful one like Blendtec or Vitamix, combine celery, bananas, frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries and water. Blend on the highest speed until smooth and creamy."
“Sweet-zza”:Ingredients: (Makes 4 servings) ■1/3 cup applesauce ■2/3 cup lowfat ricotta cheese ■4 English muffins, split in half ■Pizza toppings, choose 3: Thinly sliced apples, pears, pineapple, peaches, plums, nectarines, berries, bananas, tangerines Directions: Mix applesauce and ricotta cheese together, and spread evenly on the open halves on the English muffins. Then, put toppings on the muffins in a single layer. Heat your oven to 400 degrees, and cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. YUM!!!!!

hashbrown and egg baskets! I added chopped onion and cheese to the hashbrowns; I also used only eggwhites and put them in a blender with some spinach which made them come out SUPER green; I also topped with some bacon and more cheese- might be a really fun "St. Patty's Day" breakfast :) They came out delicious

Slow cooking oats or steel-cut oats with kiwi, mango, banana, green grapes, and honey. McCann's Steel oats, 150 calories, kiwi 46 calories, mango 135 calories, banana 90 calories, green grapes 4 calories each, honey 1 TBSP 60 calories. Mix and match dependent on the calorie count you want for the day.
