made from a Slinky, recreated with a wire hanger and a Slinky. As long as each end of the slinky is secure it'll hold peanuts or large feed. Perfect for big birds that like to do some digging. You could even take this one step further and use a paint like Plasti-Dip to rubberize the whole thing and make sure it's weather proof!

I saw this cute idea a while back and I've wanted to make my own colander planter ever since! My mom has a small copper colander in her backyard that's home to Echeveria succulents and it is doing very well! Try it... experiment with colanders from Goodwill or Salvation Army and get creative with a bold coat of spray paint... I like turquoise, red or yellow!

Pot racks can add storage and give a ho-hum kitchen the look of a “cook’s kitchen,” but they can also be expensive. Not a problem when you repurpose an old ladder into a perfect pot rack. A weathered ladder gives this kitchen a rustic touch. For a sleeker look, paint it black, or choose a metal one that complements stainless steel appliances.
