Recipes I'd like to try

Tired of paying big money for iced lattes? Me too, so I figured out how to make my own. Perfect Iced Coffee from New Nostalgia.

Make meatloaf in a muffin pan- it cooks in 15 minutes! (Thank you Rachel Ray). Then 'frost' them with mashed potatoes. I just did this last night with peas and carrots on top of the mashed potato frosting. Yum

Sunday Chicken...one of our favorites! Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins wrapped in bacon and then top with a mixture of cream of chicken soup and a cup of sour cream. Cover with foil and bake at 225 for about 4 hours. Then remove foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. This is great for Sunday dinner...just put it in before church and it's ready by noon! The chicken is so tender and tasty...you can cut it with a fork!
