Another pinner says: Bacon & Cheese Quiche... I make this every few weeks for dinner at my house! just use a pre-made roll-out pie crust, then I whisk together about 5-7 eggs and 1-2 cups milk, and pour it into the pie crust. I add about 1-2 cups shredded cheese (my fav is a mexican blend), about 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and 3-5 slices of crumbled bacon. Pop it into the oven at 350 degrees for 40-60 min, until a fork poked into the center comes out clean.

Football season...This stuff is soo good! Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili (thats a mouthful!) 2 chicken breasts, still frozen 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can corn kernels, do not drain 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix 1 T cumin 1 t chili powder 1 t onion powder 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese _________ Put the chicken in the crock pot. Top with the corn, drained and rinsed beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powders, stir to combine then top

Easy crockpot potato soup 1 30 oz bag frozen shredded hash browns 3 14 oz cans chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup onion chopped 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1 package cream cheese don't use fat free it won't melt In crock pot combine everything but cream cheese cook for six to eight hours on low heat. Add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted. Serve with cheese, bacon bits, and green onion.
