Have parent volunteers help make this for you. Use library pockets to make these. Just laminated and glued numbers onto popsicle sticks. Then glue the dot cards (I will use a ten frame set up - or base ten stickers instead of dots) to the pockets and laminated. The students have to count the dots and put the correct number stick into the pocket.
