Hellish Leg workout TRISET 1: Repeat 3 times * Squats (15) * Leg press (15) * Leg extensions (15) TRISET 2: Repeat 3 times * Romanian deadlifts (15) * Seated hamstring curls (15) * Walking lunges (10×10). Find an empty hallway or basketball court, and make sure your trailing knee goes all the way to the ground with each lunge. Yep, that’s it: Just two trisets. However, you’ll find yourself wishing there was even less once you’re doing it!
