Craving something slightly healthy, but even more sweet? These banana chocolate chip muffins are a great way to use up overripe produce, and taste great for a quick breakfast or snack!
Skinny Monkey Cookies: cocoa, bananas, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla, oats and peanut butter
here's your new crack...Blend the following: 1 can pineapple w/ juice, 1 banana, 1 can coconut milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Freeze in pops 117 calories per pop. I am making this a million times this summer.
Berry Cobbler: 2 - 12 oz bags frozen mixed berries, 1 box white cake mix, 1 can diet Sprite, or 7-up Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Place frozen fruit in pan. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix & the soda - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will have a cake like topping. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. Serves 16

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 4 tbsp unrefined coconut oil (melted) 1/4 cup agave or use NuNatural vanilla stevia drops (I use 10 drops. Triple or quadruple that amount if you don’t like extra-bitter chocolate. The stevia version is more snap-able, and I’d recommend NuNaturals because I find other brands to have an aftertaste. Some commenters have said honey will work, but I haven’t tried it.) optional: extracts, cocoa nibs, or other add-ins
HURRY UP FALL!!!!!! Baked Apples with Oatmeal Streusel Topping - *a little over half stick (1/4 cup melted butter) *1/2 cup oats *1/2 cup flour (sub GF flour) *1/2 cup brown sugar *1 tsp cinnamon *pinch of ground ginger *pinch of salt - Fill and top apple halves with the mixture. Bake at 350 F until tops are golden brown and apples swell, about 30 minutes.

2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats, 1/2 c choc chips, 1 heaping spoonful of natural peanut butter.. mix well, plop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, bake at 350 for 15 mins. Delicious!
