This honey tin has several recipes on the rear label, including: Honey Scotch Sauce 1/4 c butter 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 1/4 c honey 1/2 c boiling water 8 marshmallows, quartered 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp salt Melt butter, remove from heat, add cornstarch, stir until smooth, add honey and water. Return to heat and simmer slowly for 5 min. Add lemon juice, salt and marshmallows. Remove from heat as soon as marshmallows have melted. #recipe #honey

Our Cataloguer Heather found this recipe for Pork-chop Casserole on a lovely Sauerkraut label- Trim fat from chops, coat with seasoned flour & sear well. Transfer to baking dish & cover with can of Smart's Sauerkraut. Cover and bake at 350 F until very tender (about 1 hr.) Uncover towards end of baking to crisp up. #cooking #sauerkraut #recipe
