Raw Chocolate Mousse, #vegan and guilt-free: blend 1 C cashews with 1/4 C water until it forms a very smooth paste. Add 3 T agave nectar, 3 T cocoa powder, pinch of salt, and flavor variations of choice. Mix again until combined. Spoon into two small serving dishes and let mousse set up in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. #healthy #dessert
