I might just do this for myself... Put a few 20 dollars bills in the album a year and give it to your child as a graduation gift. That way you don't drain your bank account as graduation gets closer, you have already started saving for it since the birth!

They are just made of craft felt, thread, and 3/4 in elastic. You can make your own by using the drawings or "templates" that I created found here. You can even glue them if you don't have a machine or use craft foam or paper if you don't like the felt look. I made them each with at least two layers of fabric so they don't flop around.
