SNOW CAPPED CRINKLES 1 bar Dark Chocolate (like Lindt, 85% Cocoa) 1 c brown sugar, packed 1/3 c oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c powdered sugar Melt chocolate, cool slightly Add sugar & oil combine mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well; add vanilla. Add dry ingredients, stir well to combine. chill for 2 hrs Form dough into 1" balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet; bake 10-12 minutes @ 350.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush both side of potato slices with butter; place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon and cheese and continue baking until the cheese has melted.

Cheesy Biscuits-- No longer have to sufffer going to Red Lobster just for the biscuits!! 1 1/2 cups Bisquick 3/4 cup buttermilk 3 Tbps sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Preheat oven to 425. Stir together all ingredients just until combined. Scoop into a mini muffin pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden.
