    He actually tells you to NOT only eat egg whites.If you onyl eat egg whites, you might as well not eat eggs at all because without the yolk your body won't absorb any of the nutrients.

Avocado with bell pepper & tomatoes. Just omit the lime, or use less.

Black bean hummus would make a great dip for celery and other veggies.
