Pinning this to remember the CD idea for the other kitchens made from entertainment centers - KD

Rock Candy. 2 cups water • 1 cup white corn syrup • 3 1/2 cups sugar • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar Then I added: • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract • 3 drops of blue gel food coloring I boiled the mixture and then continued stirring it on the heat until it reached 300 degrees F (used a candy thermometer to measure the temp). At that point, I poured it into a tray to cool. It hardened up in about an hour and then I smashed it to pieces.

Color the animal alphabet. Has an animal for each letter of the alphabet.

Receiving blankets un cups with cotton balls on top!

Sock bubbles...I just tested this and it took 3 mins to make & is soooo cool. The kids are gonna love it!

Balloon topiaries. Cheap and easy to do, big impact!

Wow this site has HUNDREDS of activities for newborns to 5 year olds that are organized by 1/2 of their age all the way! Perfect for EVERY stage!!!

Weather: Fill the cup with water. Put shaving cream on top for a cloud. Explain that when clouds get really heavy with water, it rains! Then put blue food coloring on top of the cloud, and watch it rain. Such a cool idea! @Kanani Myers
