Whipped Cream Frosting 1- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened ½ c white sugar 1 t vanilla extract ½ t almond extract 2 c heavy cream Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & almond together on medium speed until smooth. While still whipping, slowly pour in heavy cream. Stop & scrape bowl a few times. Whip until the cream can hold a stiff peak.
These creamy bars are just the thing to serve after a meal cooked on the grill. Made with watermelon, lemon juice and cream, they're served chilled and are perfectly complimented by a dollop of whipped cream or a dusting of confectioners' sugar. I am going to figure out a way to make these vegan - I shall!
