This mix is the BOMB! I use it all the time; made great crepes, then used the sauce with a bit of cheese mixed in for amazing ham and broccoli crepes; or asparagus crepes with parmesan. So easy, so good!

Great DIY for cookies. I have pre-made 5 different types of homemade cookies! I thought this was a really great idea to pack them into sturdy ziplock bags and flatten them evenly to let them sit and cool for a day or even freeze them for another time. Tomorrow I plan on measuring, cutting and baking them in the oven without having to get messy by rolling them into little balls. I can cut them into little squares and once they bake, they will turn into a perfect sized cookies. Love it.

once these partially freeze lay on counter and use a skewer to press a grid in them like I do Frozen ground meat so when you take them out of freezer you can just break them off into perfect size baking squares.

Fake Jiffy Cornbread Mix

  • Denise Johnson

Found this funny because Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix in and of itself IS FAKE CORNBREAD mix. *Snicker*.

Yes I agree it's totally fake..I love authentic southern corn bread but I don't always keep buttermilk on hand..and its essential to basic simple southern corn bread :)
