Lemon seeds the leaves smell so good. Awesome for kitchen, bathroom, or at my desk! 1.Soak lemons seeds overnight. 2.Gently remove outer layer of seeds. 3.Put back into water as you prepare soil. 4.Plant lemon seeds in a circle pattern. 5.Place small pebbles on top of seeds. 6.Water occasionally and watch it grow.

What you will need: 2 cups of your favorite scented conditioner 3 cups of white vinegar 6 cups of water hot A container to mix the ingredients and hold the softener in Mix all ingredients together. You can use a pitcher to mix them all together and then just pour it into an empty containter. It takes a minute of stirring, but do it until no more conditioner clumps. Don't shake it. Use 1/4 cup per load and it works great!

Very simple homemade lye soap, great beginner soap........ 3 lbs. Shortening (1 can) 6 oz. lye 12 oz. water Melt shortening in a deep large glass microwave safe bowl. Place cold water in a glass bowl or large jar and slowly add lye while stirring with a wooden. Stir until water is clear. Always add lye to water, not water to lye. When the shortening and lye are warm to the touch, (shortening cools much faster than lye, so mix lye water first) pour lye into shortening while stirring. Keep stirring until you get trace. I use a stick blender. Much faster and easier. Trace is when it thickens and leaves a trail. At this point add any herbs, scent, or coloring you like and stir and pour into cans or molds. This recipe fits great in three pringles cans or several soap molds. Put cans in a warm dry place and cover with towels to insulate, let set 24 hours and then cut. Place on to rack and let cure for 2-3 weeks. Mine only took about a week to cure, very hard and nice lather.
