Ema Leese - before and after this is Baby E..just showing the editing on this too..I am new to using PS..but I have recently gotton CS4..top is SOOC using natural light from front facing window, on a beanbag with a black throw from boyes over the top..I can't remember exactly what I did but I did lower the saturation and bumped up the contrast took down the shadows then bumped up the blacks and a little of the reds.

Picture from newborn session using the set up shown previously.

Ema Leese - before and after baby F I can never remember exactly what I did..but to the best of my knowledge.. I boosted the contrast..then went into variations where I increased the reds and lightened the pic..then went to the saturation and lowered it..then went back to the contrast and boosted it again..I used the heal brush on the little imperfections and I think that's it..(i'm going to have to start writing down what I do..the photo was taken using natural front facing light on a black throw on some seat cushions..(I didn't take any of my stuff with me except a black throw and my camera..)..

Shannon Hall - And Two Shall Become One... These are the two original images, SOOC. Of course, she decided to smile as her daddy was trying to pat her butt to get her to fall asleep. After I got the smiling pic I had him move his hand, knowing I would try to put the two together! As you can see, there was a ton of work that went into the final image. Not only combining the two but also some cloning, color correcting and action/texture work.

Amber Miller - before and after Everyone loves a good ol' Before and After, right? The before picture isn't the "actual" before shot (I accidentally saved over the original) but it's the from the same series. I basically cloned over mommy and burned the black background. I also used Coffeshop's True Black & White action.

my view had to share my view on this set-up! Beautiful twins that Tracy and I had in my studio last week. we have added one last baby posing workshop date for 2010 on October 5-6... all other dates are full. This will be the last date of the year before The Ryden house welcomes baby #3 in November! We are so excited and I will be taking a few months off before resuming classes.

Jessica - Chin Hands SOOC 1 - {Explored} After Shot If you use the mom to hold the baby's head steady (highly recommended) and you shoot horizontal with a lot of crop room, you will find it easier to clone out the hand if you do a vertical post crop .
