This makes me want to send everyone to school every day. This website has SUCH GREAT LUNCH ideas for kids (and adults).

Want an amazing and healthy side dish? Marinate sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar for 4-6 hours. Bake at 350 for about 7 minutes or a little tender. Meanwhile, sauté spinach and garlic with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Put spinach on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with low fat cheese of your choice (I chose Italian blend) and broil til cheese is golden!

Here is a good idea for breakfast or snack! (single muffin in the microwave) 1/4 cup quick oats 1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories) small handful of blueberries little bit of brown sugar/stevia (optional) tbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!) Mix it all up into a coffee mug! Put it in the microwave for 1 minute, make sure it doesn’t overflow! Add an extra 30 sec if it needs to firm up
