The semi-annual Knights of Columbus fall spaghetti dinner in October set an all-time record by treating almost 300 guests to a homemade Italian dinner, complete with salad, meatballs, spaghetti and deserts. Chef Angel Anes and sous chefs Barry Anes and Alfonso Malorani prepared the feast served by Council 2560 Knights and their significant others. According to council minutes, this semi-annual tradition dates back to 1954.
