I've been a vegetarian for almost 17 years and, try as I might, I can not make the leap to vegan. I love eggs (on & off), fish, & sushi too much! I recently gave up dairy though. I do, however, eat local, seasonal, & organic whenever possible & love tweaking recipes to fit my needs/tastes & creating my own recipes from scratch. I love all things food: growing it, cooking it, of course eating it, & I love finding recipes that share my same love of pure, healthy, good food.
