Just tried this! I used german chocolate cake mix and greek yogurt. The cupcakes expanded a LOT more than I expected.
They taste pretty good! The description of velvety given by the blog is very accurate. I would take into consideration how sticky the batter is next time and spray some oil onto the cupcake liners. I didn't think of it because I've mostly been using my silicone ones lately, and they don't require quite so much pampering.
Tomato Basil Pizza - this is AMAZINGLY delicious!!! I tried something new and my husband actually liked it! My only advice, plan a few extra hours for roasting the tomatos. You can do it the day before, and it's not very hands on.
Grilled Cheese Rolls: I found them to be cute and easy to eat. A definite maybe when making grilled cheeses in the future!
