Chicken and Dumplings in crockpot. I make my dumplings with refrigerator biscuits as well but I roll them out in flour and drop them into the already finished stew at a low boil. I would still use bone-in chicken and homemade broth (I also like chopped carrots and frozen peas, yum!) but this sounds so much less labor-intesive than using the big stock pot!! Eager to try this!

Easiest and most amazing roast ever. Por 1/2 cup water over the roast (I have used both beef and pork, both equally good) Combine the ranch, Italian dressing and brown gravy packets and sprinkle over the top (will be dry looking) put in crock pot on low! So good, this is my go to when have no other ideas!!!!

Freezer breakfast burritos: Simply amazing. Hubby loves them, but wants me to spice them up a bit. It was a bit of work the first go-around (lots of dishes/pans) but I can simplify now that I've done it. These are really good and convenient and as healthy/flavorful as you make them! Will do over and over again, especially as kids start wanting them too. Great start to your day.

Cinnasticks - sooooo good! Used Pillsbury seamless dough sheet spread on greased cookie sheet and baked only 10 min. Instead of butter in the glaze I used the TB melted ,to brush the crust rather than oil. Used only 1/4 cup sugar/cinnamon mixture,and 1/3 the amount of glaze. Cut into 12 strips > 125 calories a stick. DELICIOUS warm!!
