White Chicken Chili Recipe...this recipe is so simple and quite tasty! I added extra green chile since we live in the Land of Enchantment...also next time I will cube the chicken, did not like it shredded. Served this with plain Greek yogurt on the side and blue corn tortilla chips. My husband says it's another keeper!
