"Better Sex Workout" pfff. Let me tell you something: I was doing lots of stretches that I soon found out were known really well for having better sex. You know what else they're good for? FEELING MORE COMFORTABLE AS YOU SLEEP. At least for women. Womens' hips tend to be sore and hurt, right? Well doing stretches to open up your pelvis and that focus on hips and tailbone will help you feel much better while laying down and sleeping. End rant.

A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness. Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed.
