Tortellini Florentine Soup - Re-Pinning this again. I (Andrea) found this recipe a few years back and have been making it ever since. Everyone loves it! My little twist: I replace the canned sun-dried tomatoes (because I don't like them) with canned diced tomatoes and just get the sun dried tomato flavor alfredo sauce. Add as much as you want for thicker/thinner soup. And double the batch because it will be gone fast!
Fruit filled German pancakes made in muffin tins - these are really fun, but you have to make a lot *update* I made 2 1/2 batches and it fed 6 adults and 4 kids with probably a dozen leftover. Each batch does approx. 18 in a regular sized muffin tin. The triple berry sauce was delicious and it saves in the fridge for at least a month! Great as a spread on rolls as well @Influenster @dinolingo
Pancakes made in muffin tins. Only fill the tin 1/2 full and it will create the crater when it bakes. Fill with fresh berries!
